The limitation that matters
Basic report exports work, but Find Papers and Paper Chat table exports require Plus. Agent and Report quotas are unpublished.
Basic searches more than 138 million papers and keeps core search, summaries, and full-text chat unlimited. Elicit does not publish a numeric Basic allowance for Agent or Reports.
