Pay for the limit you need to remove.
A longer feature list is not a budget. Start with the work you need to finish, then compare the plans that can finish it.
Measure a normal month.
Count your scripts, finished audio minutes, videos or transcription hours. Leave room for revisions. The narration planner gives a starting estimate from words and speaking pace; it cannot predict a provider’s credit consumption across every model.
Name the blocker.
Write down the one thing your current plan prevents: a commercial license, a clean download, enough credits, better resolution or more exports. If you cannot name a current blocker, you may not need to upgrade yet.
Compare like with like.
A monthly equivalent billed annually is not the same cash commitment as a monthly subscription. Check the billing period, taxes, seat count, included quota and overage rules. A discounted first month also says little about what the second month will cost.
Check the result before committing.
Try the real workflow where possible. Save the relevant source links and read the cancellation terms. Choose based on the output and allowance you need, and revisit your choice when the workload changes.
