Generating something is only the first step.
A free plan is useful when it lets you finish your project. Work through these four checks before spending time on an output.
Can you download the result?
Previewing a voiceover inside an editor is different from exporting an audio file. For example, Murf’s official help documentation states that downloading and exporting Studio projects requires a paid plan. That distinction matters much more than an attractive free-generation allowance.
Will the output carry a watermark?
Check exported output, not just the editor preview. Watermarks, resolution limits and export counts can each affect what you can publish. A plan may allow downloads but still reserve clean exports for a paid tier.
Does the plan cover your intended use?
A personal experiment and a monetized channel may have different requirements. Review the provider’s current commercial-use policy and any attribution or model-specific exceptions. A tool being accessible for free does not establish permission for every use.
Can you repeat the workflow?
Check the allowance reset and allow room for retries. Your finished five-minute narration may require several attempts. If a critical field is unconfirmed, consult the linked source before relying on that plan for client work.
